OUR JOURNEY

Deep knowledge in psychophysiological resilience, body awareness and embodiment, together with great passion for contemplative practices, has inspired and given birth to MALABYMALA. The head coach and the MALABYMALA-concept creator, Milja Horneman have been working for a long time in the well-being field. Milja have been studying and researching the psychophysiology of resilience, yoga, meditation and Classical Chinese medicine.
A deep dive into a world of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and therapeutic practice has formed our products, knowledge and services. By practising these forms, we have experienced how awareness of body and mind can start to open up and eventually integrate with one another. This integration has given us a deep understanding of what it takes to build healthier relationships within individuals and in a collective, such as in a business organisation.

However, we understand that there are no shortcuts to happiness, and the journey is not always easy. Therefore, we have put all the knowledge and experience together and created MALABYMALA to support your journey. In order to do that, we have mindfully chosen our products and people to work with.
