SERVICES

Resilience creates a competitive advantage by enhancing performance without compromising well-being. It supports adaptability, recovery, and mental functioning in fast-changing and unpredictable work environments, contributing to both short-term responsiveness and long-term success.

By developing stress awareness, regulation, recovery, and neuroplasticity, resilience can be cultivated at both individual and organisational levels. Resilient individuals and organisations not only adapt more effectively but also learn, grow, and sustain healthy, high-level performance over time.

Organisations can tailor a service package from our MALABYMALA concept to best suit the needs of their own workplace community. The duration and content of the services can be customised to meet the specific needs of the organisation. Please contact us for a customised offer. MALABYMALA-Restore

In this guided experience, you are invited to pause and soften, to listen to your body and mind exactly as they are in this moment. The practice creates a space to release and let go, step away from performance, and reconnect with your inner harmony.

The relaxation is supported by MALABYMALA eye pillows, attentively handcrafted in Finland. Through gentle weight and carefully selected natural materials, the eye pillow communicates a sense of safety and ease to the nervous system, allowing the senses to settle and the body to enter a deeper state of restoration.

This 30-120-minute guided relaxation is rooted in contemporary Western research on stress and resilience, seamlessly interwoven with Eastern wisdom traditions that view body and mind as an integrated whole. The practice supports nervous system recovery, embodied presence, and profound rest — in a way that honours your individual needs in each moment.

MALABYMALA-Workshop

The workshop begins with an introduction and a body-based exercise designed to optimise the nervous system. Participants engage their cognition to create a neuroplasticity window where resilience building can begin, while exploring the main themes, questions, and expectations for the session.

Participants learn to identify and manage risks, develop mental capabilities for success, and strengthen focus, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Social and creative skills are explored as both internal and external resources, and strategies for stress recognition, regulation, and flexible adaptation are introduced.

Participants gain insights into stress and resilience from a nervous system perspective, learn principles of neuroplasticity, self-regulation, and psychological safety, and engage in practical exercises that are cognitive, body-based, and interactive.

Finally, the workshop focuses on building the necessary resources to meet individual and organisational needs. Participants cultivate self-awareness and leadership skills while fostering mindfulness and reflective practices.
